Yesterday I had a friend visiting. We had some wonderful food; new potatoes with parsley, some fried vegetables a salad with lettuce and avocado and a cucumber salad with vinegar. For dessert I had prepared a parfait of redcurrant on a thin layer of chocolate cake (my friends and I call it ‘dinglebærkage’, I will not explain that name here, put please say so if you want an explanation), and looking in my freezer I discovered I had some left overs of the mango ice cream I made some time ago. Decorated with the berries I love so much (this season is absolutely wonderful when you like fruit, berries and vegetables) it turned out to look like this:
I do love desserts. And at work today I only had 1 piece of cake and 3 mini ice creams.. There’s always room for some more!
